Role Responsibilities

We seek a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder passionate about customer service and coaching team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests by engaging with them, asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Serving as a product knowledge expert, capable of selling and marketing a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Building a superior customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful but not required.
• Superior customer service skills and experience in problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
