Work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate on device and service solutions. This role is a learning opportunity, with potential for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with questions, answers, and expertise.
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on systems, skills, and processes.
• Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
