Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales and Customer Service)

Join us as a Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales and Customer Service) at AAA Club Alliance. This entry-level, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities include:

• Upselling and cross-selling AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assisting members with travel planning, including car rentals, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Handling overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times.
• Supporting cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed.

• No Sundays: Enjoy a consistent schedule with no work on Sundays.
• Store hours: Monday 9AM-6PM, Tuesday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-12PM.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience.

• Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple websites.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Satisfactory background screening.
