Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Model excellent customer service practices.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives.
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location and Compensation

Address: 201 Cascade Mall Dr. Space 100, Burlington, WA. Starting pay range: $16.66 to $17.16 per hour, with a full range up to $25.80 per hour. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
