Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while earning hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

This role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with paid training and growth into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing person with comfort talking to shoppers and customers
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability required
• Reliable transportation to stores and meetings
• Clean, professional appearance representing ARS brand
• Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment contingent on background check as per law compliance

Pay: $20 – $22 per hour + commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30 per hour on average with commission
Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required, typically 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
