American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This Wilmington, NC role offers $17 per hour base plus uncapped commission with an average earning potential of $20–$30/hour and weekend availability required.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
