Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs.
• Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation.
• Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs.
• Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom.
• Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
