Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Assistant to drive in-store sales at Town Area outlets. You will engage customers, present Hurom and Leifheit products, and explain features, promotions, and bundles to close purchases. The role includes maintaining displays and representing the brands with professional conduct.

Working hours are 12pm–9pm, 6 days per week including weekends. Basic salary 2.2k–2.5k with commissions. Basic grooming and strong sales drive are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Minimum O level and above

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers at assigned retail outlets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hurom or Leifheit products based on their requirements.
• Demonstrate products confidently and clearly explain key features, benefits, and product differences.
• Communicate current promotions, bundles, discounts, and product offers accurately.
• Build customer confidence and guide customers towards completing their purchase.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned individual and outlet sales targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Hurom and Leifheit products, new launches, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep the immediate product display neat and presentable while serving customers.
• Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and conduct while representing the company and brands.
