Responsibilities include customer engagement, in-store presentation, accurate transactions, cashier duties, inventory support, and team collaboration to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall store performance.

About the role We are seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join our team at RISIS Private Limited in the Orchard Central Region. As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our premium lifestyle brand. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission-based remuneration.
