Job summary

IKEA Draper is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, advise on home solutions, and maintain a welcoming sales floor. You will guide customers to top products and assemble displays for new introductions, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, a passion for home furnishings, and enjoy helping customers create better everyday lives through friendly service. This role offers benefits for part-time staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

JOB TYPE – Permanent

HOURS - 12-20 hours per week /Limited Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $17.58-$24.83/hour

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 9/15/26

Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
