As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products, building customer relationships, and helping customers find personalized solutions. This role is designed as a learning opportunity, with potential to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
2. Demonstrate the latest technology and accessories, exploring customer needs.
3. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
4. Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and explain coverage, plans, and services.
5. Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
