Role Description

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They embody Arch Telecom's core values, act as brand ambassadors, and create energy around our products and services. The role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced, fun environment, building meaningful relationships, and developing expertise to eventually advance to a Mobile Expert position after training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
2. Demonstrate the latest technology and explore customer needs through personalized solutions.
3. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
4. Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services, and troubleshoot devices.
5. Complete training on systems, processes, and in-store experiences.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.

Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong desire to learn and build meaningful customer connections.
• Possesses a competitive drive and confidence to succeed in sales.
• Willing to work alongside peers and leaders, sharing best practices.
• Balances customer experience with performance goals.
• Has at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
