Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate in California to join our store team. You will handle daily cash, operate the POS system, assist customers, and help maintain clean, safe, and inviting retail spaces to maximize profitability.

The role requires reliable English communication, ability to work irregular shifts including weekends, and readiness to learn store policies. Full-time status includes medical benefits and eligibility for 401K and other perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and reporting.
• Operate cash register and POS system.
• Assist customers to ensure a safe, customer-focused store.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, and overall cleanliness of the store.
• Report security concerns and inventory issues to Store Manager.
