Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment according to standards.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
