Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, greet customers and assess needs.
• Answer questions and resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products and meet sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to act as in-store expert.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and deposits per policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and comply with company policies.
