Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Michigan is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, answer questions, promote products, and strive to meet sales goals.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to assist with store operations while maintaining a clean, well-stocked shop. Lifting up to 50 lbs and shifts of 4–12 hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service, including answering phones and assessing needs.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Promote brand through in-store marketing efforts and customer engagement.
• Assist with all store functions in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and back room.
• Open/close store and manage cash handling and deposits as required.
• Move and stock merchandise safely and efficiently.
