Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations with a focus on customer service, cash handling, and safe, profitable store performance. The role involves operating a cash register, maintaining lighting and fixtures, and protecting inventory and currency from theft while following company policies.

You will report to the Store Manager and may work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs overhead for stocking.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store materials or signage.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and register operation.
• Lighting/fixtures cleaning & maintenance.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency against theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related tools.
