About The Role

You will engage with customers by providing excellent service, sharing your product expertise to inform and inspire, and building brand loyalty. You will also manage operational tasks efficiently to bring our brand to life for customers.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise, and answer questions promptly.
• Offer style suggestions and utilize displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty programs and leverage omni-channel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house operations as needed.
