Job summary

Express, a multichannel apparel brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the South Hill store. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising, and help customers with purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, processing transactions quickly, driving credit and loyalty programs, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service. Availability for nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold merchandise and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
