Salary starts at $15.50 per hour with performance-based promotions every 3 months. Candidates should be able to stand long hours, assist as cashier, process shipments, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard and the 6 standard phrases.
