Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for UNIQLO in Houston, TX.

You report to the Store Manager and act as the customer service specialist, listening to needs, guiding product choices, sharing in-depth information, and closing sales during the Fall/Winter season (Sept–Dec 2026). Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining brand standards, cashiering when needed, processing shipments, and supporting management on store issues and projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers using UNIQLO service standards and six key phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
