Job summary

UNIQLO is opening a new Illinois location in Oak Brook and hiring a full-time Sales Associate to elevate customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, present products, and close sales while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

Responsibilities include assisting with fitting rooms, operating as cashier when needed, processing shipments, and supporting management with store issues. Weekend availability and physical endurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; weekend availability.
• Full-time availability averaging 32+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist with fitting rooms and cashier duties, stock replenishment.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
