Role Overview: Mobile Associates (MAs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their priority. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
  • Sell personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through purchasing with questions and expertise.
  • Approach service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on systems, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.

Minimum Requirements
