Role Overview

Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a team to bring our brand to life. They embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values, act as brand ambassadors, and create excitement around our products and services. The role focuses on building customer relationships, educating on devices and services, and supporting store operations. This is a learning position where teamwork and skill development are key.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate and explain the latest technology and accessories.
• Provide personalized solutions and build meaningful customer relationships.
• Support daily store operations and coaching under the Store Manager’s guidance.
• Utilize digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and systems understanding.
• Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.

Ideal Candidate

• Displays leadership and a competitive drive to succeed in sales.
• Willing to lead, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
• Effective in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous wireless sales experience is preferred.
