Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends.
• Comfortable with technology and cash registers.
• Good communicator with customers.
• Ability to learn on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: approach and acknowledge customers immediately, provide assistance and handle multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: inform management about restocking, service needs and feedback.
