Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Niles, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will manage front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising with a focus on efficient checkout and positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front-end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register, approve refunds for other Associates, and assist with training new Associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Front End Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front-end of store operations.
