Role Responsibilities

Our store teammates are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (e.g., loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
