Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet customers proactively to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Maintain store standards by following floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously.
