Overview

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, including at heights with ladders or platforms.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.
