Job summary

The Children's Place in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques while maintaining merchandise presentation and a clean store and backroom.

You will greet customers, communicate promotions, manage stock levels, and assist at the cashwrap.

• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized while maintaining customer-ready environment and safety.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards.
• Protect assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs for a clean, safe environment.
• Contribute to store goals with focused, well-managed efforts.
• Handle stock processing as needed.
