This hourly role drives store sales, maintains merchandising standards, and collaborates with store teams to meet objectives. You will greet customers warmly, use suggestive selling, and build relationships to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move around store.
• Comfortable with Windows-based devices and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets.
• Follow asset protection procedures and inventory accuracy to minimize risk.
