Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection and processing transactions. The role drives sales, maintains presentations, and supports store operations to meet objectives.

You will greet customers, recommend products, and build relationships while staying informed about promotions and store events. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required for this hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols, supporting store shortage control, inventory accuracy, and minimizing risk.
