Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and balance multiple customers on the floor.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs and maintain store appearance.
• Minimize losses while delivering excellent service.
