Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Austintown, OH is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide purchases while delivering great service in a fast-paced store.

You’ll help keep shelves stocked, assist with opening/closing, and participate in store marketing efforts. A high school diploma and retail or customer service experience are preferred; 21+ age required. Growth opportunities are available within the company.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, greet customers and assess needs.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products and meet sales goals.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and handle cash and deposits as needed.
