You’ll engage customers, support store operations, and participate in credit and loyalty programs while upholding company standards and policies. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and assist customers with credit and loyalty programs
• Ensure merchandising standards and procedures are followed and assist with stock preparation and recovery
• Participate in safety, labor law compliance, and store shrink reduction initiatives
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
• Other duties as assigned
