Responsibilities

• Process merchandise and freight accurately.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise and complete customer transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns and voids as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report incidents.
• Assist with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
