Job summary

The Children's Place in California is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and drive company goals. You will deliver outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge and effective selling techniques, while keeping merchandise presented and organized and assisting with backroom operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions, promoting our PLACE Card, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandise presentation, replenishment and sizing.
• Operate cashwrap and promote the PLACE Card.
• Keep stockroom neat and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and report maintenance needs.
