Norman’s Hallmark in Bridgewater is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a caring, customer‑centered shopping experience. You will be the main in-store resource, building relationships and helping customers with product knowledge and purchases.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn our Crown Rewards program and master the POS system. Applicable to team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Able to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store and drive retail sales while genuinely connecting with customers.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience; maintain cash register accuracy.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and satisfaction.
• Proactively learn product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to customers.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
