Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Exton, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and keep the store floor organized and inviting.

You will greet customers, handle cash and card transactions accurately, support visual merchandising, assist with events, and participate in safety procedures, with flexible evenings and weekends. Must be 18+, and a neat, positive appearance is required; POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and answer phones professionally.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Maintain attractive, clean sales floor and merch coordination.
• Represent Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission positively.
• Assist with events and store initiatives.
• Support safety and report concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisor.
• Contribute to additional tasks as needed.
