Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Donated Goods Retail team in Montgomery County. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining an attractive sales floor.

The position involves assisting donors and customers, promoting our mission, and supporting daily store operations with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior POS experience is preferred; 18+ years old required.

Responsibilities

Greets, assists customers and answers telephone in a positive and professional manner.
Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions with accuracy and according to policies.
Organizes, color coordinates and rotates merchandise for an attractive floor layout.
Represents Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission in a positive manner.
Participates in organizational programs and events as needed.
Supports additional tasks and projects to aid store operations.
Ensures workplace safety and adheres to safety requirements.
Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
