Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture with ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs, Inc core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance initiatives.
