Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a friendly, energetic retail associate to join our Michigan stores. You will greet customers, answer questions, suggest products, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll gain product knowledge, open/close duties, stock shelves, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. Flexible scheduling, up to 12-hour shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience and ability to upsell products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a retail setting.
• Flexible scheduling availability to cover shifts across the week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, including greeting and assisting with needs.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships to recommend products and meet sales goals.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and manage cash handling and deposits as required.
