Job summary

Kids for the Future in Pittsburgh is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find solutions and keep the sales floor well-merchandised. You will deliver proactive consultative sales support and work to meet department standards.

You will handle POS transactions, learn product details, and collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent service. Full-time roles require day/evening/weekend availability; part-time offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to learn.
• Availability for full-time day/evening/weekend shifts.
• Ability to use website navigation and technology to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide solutions using approved selling guidelines.
• Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently.
• Understand website navigation and leverage technology to assist customers when product is not in store.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and availability; include delivery/installation/service options.
• Process POS transactions including sales, returns, exchanges per procedures.
• Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with selling and support associates and cashiers to deliver superior customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
