HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You may be cross-trained to support various areas and must maintain a clean, organized sales floor while engaging with customers.

You'll promote credit and loyalty programs, ring sales and returns accurately, and assist in safety and loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated in a retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction.
• Comfort lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Promote and participate in credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle change per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Contribute to safety, loss prevention and labor policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
