Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers and store team.
• Maintain a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink goals.
• Contribute to safety awareness and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
