Job summary

You will engage with customers, process purchases, promote loyalty programs, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, collaborate with a diverse team, and help maintain a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and adhering to customer experience principles.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store merchandising standards.
• Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety on the sales floor and in the store.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction and loss-prevention efforts.
