Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver an excellent customer experience in our Sierra store. You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support merchandising and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, promoting credit/loyalty programs, and participating in store recovery and safety initiatives. The role requires teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing directions and heavy lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and adhere to labor laws and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
