The Children's Place in Saugus, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Communicate value and promotions, offer solutions for out of stock.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate on the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow merchandise presentation, signage, and display standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean stockroom and adhere to safety requirements.
• Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly.
• Contribute to achievement of store goals.
• Process stock when necessary.
