Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience at the store checkout.
• Drive sales, achieve KPIs and support profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, counts and product availability as needed.
• Comply with all store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
