Job summary

The Children’s Place in Leesburg, Virginia, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and maintain merchandise presentation across the store.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, communicating promotions, managing stock, and ensuring a clean storefront and backroom. Must be 18+ with prior retail exposure.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize service.

• Explain value, promotions, and handle out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Support sales goals and convert on the floor.
• Operate cash wrap and educate on PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Keep stockroom neat and adhere to safety.
• Follow LP procedures to protect company assets.
